Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your Anzu account and related data. You can delete your account directly in the App or request deletion by email.
Delete in the App
Open Anzu and go to:
Settings → Delete Account
Follow the confirmation steps shown in the App. This is the fastest way to delete your account.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the App, send a deletion request to anzuhelp@proton.me.
Please include the information needed to identify your account:
- The phone number used for SMS login, or the Apple ID email used for Apple Sign In
- Your Anzu nickname, if available
- A clear statement that you want to delete your Anzu account
Data Deleted
Account deletion removes the following data from active systems:
- Your account profile, including phone number or Apple Sign In identifier
- Nickname, avatar, and profile details
- Monsters you created, including names, descriptions, stats, skills, and generated images linked to your account
- Battle records linked to your monsters
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited records only when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Retained records are not used for normal gameplay features.
Processing Time
In-App deletion is processed immediately in active systems. Email requests are normally reviewed within 7 days. Some backups or logs may take up to 30 days to expire or be overwritten.
